We collect data specific to the Yakima CRE market and we openly share the same with our clients, competitors and appraisers. Interested in seeing the details of closed office leases for the past few years? Just ask and we’ll be happy to share it without expectation of anything in return. We believe our marketplace is better when we’re all working from the same information.
We collaborate and work together as an office, maintaining an open-door policy and exercising transparency when appropriate.
We provide top-notch marketing and disseminate our listings as well or better than anyone, regardless of market area. We take the time to know our properties and we pride ourselves on the product we put out.
We try to be more than middle-men and pride ourselves on adding value throughout the transaction. We understand and are quite capable at title review, environmental issues, underwriting, typical costs of construction and so on. We know which vendors to use and we can dissect and provide feedback on instruments like appraisals or environmental reports.
We strive for mutually beneficial outcomes. If one is looking for a broker to deliver a fair market outcome, we’re likely a good fit, but if one is looking for a broker willing to steamroll the other side or capture significantly above market terms, we’re probably not the right fit.

We don’t compete with our clients and we have zero aspiration to be developers.
We don’t list or sell residential properties. We stick to what we know.

We don’t self-promote or advertise ourselves or the firm, rather we focus on promoting our clients’ properties and projects. We prefer not to procure new business by means of advertising, rather we rely heavily on our reputation, past clients and referrals.
We don’t promise to deliver unrealistic expectations and we won’t tell you what we think you want to hear, rather we set expectations up front before taking on a project.
We don’t get hurt feelings or hold grudges when we lose out on a project. We’re big boys (and girls) and we understand you have choices when it comes to selecting a broker.
We don’t operate by a traditional brokerage model, rather the owner of the brokerage chooses to forego profiting in favor of passing that income through to the brokers. This provides significant financial incentive for brokers to work here, while giving our owner more influence in being able to choose who he surrounds himself with.
We don’t take ourselves too seriously. We recognize we’re not curing cancer.
