
Earl “Butch” Gaberman

Earl “Butch” Gaberman was born and raised in the Philippines
where he lived until 1981. He left to attend Willamette University
in Salem, OR from 1958 to 1962, but returned to the Philippines after college
until
1981 when he moved to Seattle, WA. Butch was the Vice President of
Rainier National Bank in Seattle where he worked extensively on bringing
Asian capital
to the area. In 1985 Butch opened B.G. Pacific, Inc., in which he was
the Principal /Broker. He developed and leased 170,000 feet of downtown
Seattle
retail which included tenants like Nike, Levis and Gameworks. Butch
left Seattle and moved to Yakima in 2000, becoming actively involved in
bringing
new national retail tenants to the community and we are pleased to
add his expertise and knowledge in the commercial real estate industry to
our team.
