Bill is a 28 year native of the Yakima Valley having returned from
the University of Puget Sound to focus his efforts on investment real
estate and leasing. Combining his business finance emphasis in education
with
successful completion of both series 6 and 63 securities licenses,
and becoming one of the youngest designees of the prestigious CCIM
in the world, Bill has an extensive background and has
proven very
capable
in many aspects of investment analysis and advanced financial concepts.
Bill’s emphasis at Almon Commercial Real Estate is in office,
retail, industrial and multi-family sales, leasing, and investment
analysis, as well as development and sale of commercially zoned land.
Consultations regarding valuation or analysis of potential investment
properties, comparing
lease versus buy scenarios, or helping an owner decide whether to
sell, hold, refinance, or exchange are also areas of emphasis.
